Ashland FAO Dave Blake and CFF Steve Fawkes recently completed the intense Firefighter 1/2 Plus program at the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy. This course teaches recruits the fundamentals of basic firefighting practices including search and rescue, ventilation, water supply, Hazardous Materials Awareness, Incident Command, and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Congratulations, your hard work payed off!
